   Installation ka Step-by-Step Tareeqa in Urdu

  Qadam 1: Cable ki Safai (Stripping) Cat6 cable ke end se taqreeban 1 se 1.5 inch tak outer plastic ka chhilka (insulation) utaar dein. Dhyan rakhein ke andar ki 8 rangeen wires (pairs) katne na payein.

  Qadam 2: Pairs ko Alag Karna Andar 4 twisted pairs honge. In pairs ko ek dusre se alag kar lein aur thoda seedha (straighten) kar lein taake woh asani se jack mein ja sakein.

  Qadam 3: Wiring Standard ka Intekhab Keystone jack ki sides par color coding ke nishan bane hote hain (A aur B). Pakistan mein zyada tar “T568B” standard istemal hota hai. Aapko jack par bani hui “B” wali row ke mutabiq wires lagani hain.

  Qadam 4: Wires ko Jack mein Rakhna Jack ke dono taraf jo slots (khanay) bane hain, un mein wires ko unke rang ke mutabiq rakhein. Maslan, jahan Orange nishan hai wahan Orange wire rakhein, jahan Blue hai wahan Blue. Wires ko thoda daba dein taake woh apni jagah ruk jayein.

  Qadam 5: Punch Down Karna Ab Punch Down Tool lein. Tool ka blade wala hissa jack ki bahar wali taraf rakhein taake extra wire kat jaye. Tool ko wire par rakh kar zor se niche dabayein jab tak “click” ki awaz na aaye. Yeh tool wire ko metal terminals mein bitha dega aur extra wire khud hi kat jayegi.

  Qadam 6: Module Assembly Jab saari 8 wires lag jayein, toh Corning jack ke sath aane wala plastic ka dhakkan (dust cap) upar bitha dein. Phir is pure jack ko Wall Plate (frame) ke pichhli taraf se bitha dein jab tak woh lock na ho jaye.

  3. Istemal Karne ka Tareeqa

  • Wall Plate Lagana: Jab jack plate mein fit ho jaye, toh plate ko deewar mein lage box par screws ki madad se tight kar dein.

  • Connection: Ab aapka network point tayyar hai. Ek standard Ethernet Patch Cord (jo aam taur par router ke sath aati hai) lein.

  • Plug-in: Patch cord ka ek sira is deewar wale jack mein lagayein aur dusra sira apne computer, laptop, ya smart TV ke LAN port mein lagayein.

  • Confirmation: Jab sahi connection ho jayega, toh aapke device ki network lights jalne lagengi aur internet chalne lagega.

  Ek Zaroori Baat: Hamesha dhyan rakhein ke cable ke dono ends (jack aur router side) par ek hi standard istemal ho, warna network kaam nahi karega.

  Step-by-Step Installation in English

  1. Strip the Ethernet Cable

  Use a wire stripper to remove about 1–1.5 inches (3–4 cm) of the outer jacket from the Cat6 LAN cable.

  2. Separate the Twisted Pairs

  Inside the cable you will find 4 twisted pairs (8 wires):

  • Orange / White-Orange

  • Green / White-Green

  • Blue / White-Blue

  • Brown / White-Brown

  Untwist them carefully.

  3. Follow the Wiring Standard

  Use the T568B wiring standard (most common for LAN networks).

  Wire order for T568B:

  1. White-Orange

  2. Orange

  3. White-Green

  4. Blue

  5. White-Blue

  6. Green

  7. White-Brown

  8. Brown

  The keystone jack usually has color labels showing this pattern.

  4. Insert Wires into the Keystone Jack

  Place each wire into the matching color slot on the keystone jack.

  Do not cross the wires.

  5. Punch Down the Wires

  Use a punch down tool to press each wire firmly into the slot.

  The tool will:

  • Push the wire into the contact

  • Cut the extra wire automatically

  6. Secure the Keystone Jack

  After wiring:

  • Snap the keystone jack into a wall plate or

  • Install it into a patch panel.
